Named for the master renaissance goldsmith, Benevenuto Cellini, this award honors an individual who has made a significant contribution to the world of jewelry design. The award is presented, not on a regular basis, but as the group identifies and chooses a deserving honoree.
Each recipient of the Benne Award is presented with an original sculptural trophy created by AJDC member Michael Bondanza.
